The website is designed to work without advertising cookies. Essential browser storage may be used for security, form behaviour and remembering a privacy choice. Optional analytics is loaded only after consent and only when a measurement ID has been configured.
2. Essential storage
Essential storage supports functions that a visitor requests or that are necessary for secure operation. This may include:
- remembering whether analytics was accepted or declined;
- temporarily holding a successful inquiry reference during the confirmation flow;
- protecting forms against repeated or abusive submissions;
- maintaining normal security and hosting behaviour.
These functions do not build an advertising profile.
3. Analytics
When Google Analytics or another approved measurement service is configured, it is loaded only after the visitor chooses “Allow analytics”. The configuration is intended to avoid advertising personalisation and unnecessary signals. Typical measurement may include page views, broad device information, referral source and interactions such as visiting an offer or successfully sending a form.
4. Consent record
The website may use local browser storage under the key theserkan_analytics_consent to remember whether analytics was granted or denied. This avoids showing the same choice on every page.
5. Changing your choice
You can clear the site’s stored data through your browser settings. After the record is cleared, the analytics choice may be shown again. You may also block scripts or cookies through the browser, although some requested website functions may be affected.
6. Third-party services
If you follow a link to an external booking, payment, video, social or other service, that provider may use its own cookies or storage. Its own privacy and cookie terms apply after you leave theSerkan website.
7. Future changes
If new analytics, booking, payment or embedded services are introduced, this policy and the consent controls should be updated before those services are activated.
