1. Website purpose

This website explains theSerkan’s systems, capabilities, selected work and approach. It is intended to help founders and operators decide whether a Fit Check, conversation, diagnostic or project may be useful.

2. No automatic engagement

Completing a Fit Check, submitting an inquiry, booking a conversation or receiving a response does not create a client relationship. A project begins only when the scope, commercial terms, responsibilities and any required payment are confirmed in writing.

3. Indicative prices and timing

Prices shown as “from”, pilot prices, estimated delivery periods and example scopes are starting points, not binding quotations. The final price and timeline depend on the business context, content readiness, technical requirements, integrations, review cycles, dependencies and agreed boundaries.

4. Private proposals and acceptance

A proposal may be provided through a private tokenised page. Acceptance through that page records the name, email, time, limited browser information and a one-way IP hash. Acceptance confirms agreement with the proposal shown at that time, but it does not automatically charge a payment card.

Where a deposit, invoice, purchase order, separate service agreement or additional signature is required, work begins only after those stated conditions are satisfied. A proposal that has expired or been replaced must be reissued before acceptance.

5. Project documents

Each paid engagement may be governed by a proposal, statement of work, invoice, order form or separate service agreement. Where those documents conflict with this website, the signed or accepted project document takes priority for that engagement.

6. Client responsibilities and onboarding

A successful project normally depends on timely access to accurate information, decision makers, content, systems, accounts and approvals. Delays, incomplete information, changed requirements or unavailable third parties may affect the scope, price and delivery schedule.

The private onboarding workspace is used to collect project-readiness information and approved files. It must not be used to submit passwords, payment-card details, private keys, government identity documents or other information that requires a separate secure transfer method.

7. Payments and scheduling

Payment status shown in a private workspace is an operating record and does not replace a formal receipt, invoice or payment-provider confirmation. Deposits may be required to reserve production capacity. Scheduling begins only after the stated payment and materials conditions are met.

8. Scope changes and additional work

Deliverables, exclusions, revision limits and optional add-ons are defined in the relevant proposal. New requirements, additional pages, integrations, formats, languages, research or production work may require a revised scope, fee and timeline.

9. Intellectual property

The website design, writing, systems architecture, frameworks, code, visual materials and brand assets belong to theSerkan or the relevant rights holder unless stated otherwise. They may not be copied, resold, republished or used to create a competing product without written permission.

Project-specific ownership and licence terms are confirmed separately. Pre-existing tools, reusable components, methods and know-how generally remain with their original owner unless the project agreement says otherwise.

10. Case studies and examples

Examples are provided to explain capability and method. They do not guarantee that another business will achieve the same commercial, operational or technical result. Results depend on context, implementation, market conditions and client participation.

11. Third-party services

Projects may depend on hosting, analytics, payment, email, booking, software, APIs, marketplaces or other third-party services. Their availability, pricing, policies, security and performance are controlled by those providers. Third-party costs are not included unless expressly stated.

12. Information, not regulated advice

Website content is general business and systems information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical or regulatory advice. Specialist advice should be obtained where a decision requires it.

13. Availability and accuracy

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website and private workspaces available and accurate, but uninterrupted access or error-free content cannot be guaranteed. The website may be changed, suspended or updated without notice.

14. Responsible use

You must not attempt to damage, overload, probe, bypass, share without authorisation or misuse the website, its forms, private proposal links, onboarding workspaces, storage, code or hosting environment. Automated submission, scraping or use that interferes with normal operation is prohibited unless written permission has been given.

15. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, theSerkan is not responsible for indirect loss arising only from access to, reliance on or inability to use this public website. Any liability connected to a paid project is governed by the relevant project agreement.

16. Governing framework

Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, these website terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of Hong Kong, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to a user in another jurisdiction.

17. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@theserkan.com.

Commercial commitments are made in the approved project scope, not by a headline, example price or informal conversation.
